The instructions for making snow-globes like this are on splitcoaststampers.com. Basically, the snowman is stamped on transparency. I coloured him with Crystal Effects tinted with re-inker (white, red and blue). The snowflakes from the mini cube are stamped in white Stazon. The glass ball is an ornament filled with artificial snow from the craft store. The base is an empty tuna can embellished with paper and ribbon. The globe is glued in place with more Crystal Effects.
